| The present thesis aims to reveal the bidirectional relationship between language and ideology by analyzing some economic news reports taken from well-known newspapers and magazines from the perspective of critical discoursestudents' critical awareness in English language teaching, especially in the teaching of journalistic English with a view to improving their reading and writing abilities. The present study is also of practical significance in helping us obtain valuable and veracious economic information. |
