"All-in-English" business teaching as a new thing has been getting more and more attention from education field. Its development involves many aspects such as teachers' training and textbooks development. The author focuses on the choice and evaluation of textbooks used for business teaching in English, treating an original accounting textbook in English used for BBA in English Programme in School of English for International Business of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies as the author's research target, evaluating this textbook in five aspects by questionnaires based on the related theories for materials evaluation in ESP field. Some implications are given based on some conclusions in evaluating this textbook, which are expected to shed some lights on the selection and adaptation of the textbooks used for "All-in-English" business teaching and make some contributions to the development and growth of "All-in-English" business teaching in China.
