The theory of Li-ji(Book of rites) in early Qing Dynasty, which is situated in the tendency back from Wang's Theory of Heart to Zhu's Philosophy for thought, inherits the residuary affection of Philosophy and Theory of Heart of the Song Dynasty and Ming Dynasty, gives vogue to the good academic textual criticism of universe during the Qianlong and Jiaqing period, has multiple academic meanings. With regard to Book of Rites itself, the book includes Li-Yi, Li-Zhi and Etiquette, which plays a roll of media, has an effect on the advance impelling Philosophy of the Song Dynasty and Ming Dynasty to Theory of Rites. In respect to managing the study method, Study of Theory of Book of Rites gets rid of single method in explanations, and seeks to solve it in various aspects, leads to the broaden road and established foundation in the study's multianalysis and depth development. As regards to social function, Study of Book of Rites offers support for non-governmental development that patriarchal clan system organize from two aspects of theory and system, and plays a certain role in keeping the civil order, reaches the ideal of managing the society of the Confucius. In view of this, I combine the method of intellectual history and document: in Chapter One, investigate culture behavior in the government of Qing Dynasty and the academic status of intellectual circles in Early Qing Dynasty, find out the wide cultural background on study of Book of Rites in Early Qing Dynasty from official side and folk side; in Chapter Two, concentrate on the influence of former generation study thought and works from its own process of development, the course and meaning that The Great Learning and The Doctrine of the mean come back from the Four Books to Book of Rites, and list 67 works in study of Book of Rites of Early Qing Dynasty one by one so as to check the lost situation; hi Chapter Three, divides the study of Book of Rites into three kinds, such as Li-yi-shu-shi( 礼义疏释),Pian-zhang-chong-gou(篇章重构)and Yi-yi-kao-bian(疑义考辨) and so on,...
