| Psychologic education is a new subject and new task for the middle school education. In order to adapt to the need of the new health ideology and cultivate the talented man nowadays, the headteacher should pay enough attention to this kind of education as well as finish the tranditional tasks on managing the class. The psychologic education is not only an important condition and basis for the morality education and managing a class, but also promote the managing work of the class in many ways. The content of the headteacher' s work on psychologic education will be different from the other teachers, especially the specialized psychologic teachers. Compared with the other teachers, the headteachers have many advantages, those are of the distinct focus; the mobility on time and space system of prophylaxis and treatment; authoritative teaching and the feasibility of implement. In order to make the education more efficient, at first the teachers have to improve their own psychologic health themselves continuously and then they should try to realize correctly the students' psychologic problems and the results these problems may lead to. At the same time, the headteacher should master the basic skills on distinguishing different kinds of psychologic problems well and establish student psychologic health files. The main principle of psychologic education is that the headteachers should work around the students and try their best to stop the psychologic problems from happening as more as possible and deal with different students in different ways.
