A Study To The Role Of Emotion In Productive Labor

Nowadays, with the highly development of material progress in the current society, technical reason has penetrated into every field of the society, which has compressed the space for the development of human spirit. Material productive field has displayed this characteristic most, because the emotional world of laborers is shrinking day by day with the gradual infiltration of technical reason. Therefore, many scholars have become concern about whether productive labor suits laborers or not and how the emotion of labors cultivate. This paper concentrates on the role that emotion has played in productive labor based on the above mentioned problems.First of all, the paper has expounded the content of emotion in productive labor .In this part, the author preceded the analysis from subjects engaged in productive field; has elaborated the emotional factors of the subjects engaged in productive labor and then have expounded the productive labor features emotion.Secondly, the role of emotion in productive labor has been studied. Through the analysis of the nature that emotion influences productive labor, the author gets the conclusion that the permeating relationship between emotion and ration in productive labor and therefore unveil the degree that emotion functions in productive labor .The author has conducted horizontal research on the detailed effects that emotion makes in each link of productive labor(the purpose, course and result )and vertical research on the influences the emotion has on different historical period in productive labor.The last but not the least, after analyzing the current role of emotion playing in market economy in China, the author has pointed out the deficiency of the existing situation and the importance of cultivating the deficiency of the existing situation and the importance of cultivating the positive emotion in laborers.
