Marx’s book, although there is no ethics but have rich ethics thought and the ethics thought of Marx has its integrity and continuity. In the "economic and philosophical manuscripts of 1844" centralized expound of the core concepts,labor alienation. Although Marx in the later writings mentioned the concept of "alienation labor", but in many ways still continue and kept his by explaining the thoughts, alienation labor is Marx elucidated in the text of the book is the most important one of the core concepts.In this paper, based on the perspective of ethics to analyze the connotation and significance of Marx’s alienation labor thought, main body is made up of three parts. First of all, analyses the basic connotation of Marx’s alienation labor thought, namely the capitalist private ownership condition the humans in the phase plane, the main body activity, the essence of human level and the overall level of alienation has carried on the profound interpretation, and analyzes the causes the system of the alienation and abandoning the concrete means of alienation. Second, explains the rich thoughts of Marx’s alienation labor value connotation and ethical implications, that is, from alienated labor and the essence of human, alienation labor, and the relationship between human and nature and the alienation of labor and communism, these three aspects ethical implications for the interpretation of alienated labor. Again, according to the realistic background, aimed at today’s people in the field of labor value error exposition of Marx alienation labor the realistic significance of thought.
