Based on limitless calculating, done carefully transiquit descripion, this dissertation mainly focuses on the pronouns in Chinese translated East Han Buddhist Sutra , by combining not only description and explantion but also synchronic and diachronic perspective. It figures out the pronouns system of the Chinese translated East Han Buddhist Sutra, and points out its characteristics and forming reasons, helping people to understand the practical situation of the Chinese pronouns system and its historical route, the paper can add some necessary and useful complement to the study of Chinese history.The whole dissertation's content introducts briefly as follows:I Introduction.This section introduces characteristics about the language and translation of Buddhist Sutra, committing to 34 translated East Han Buddhist Sutra choosed in this paper and proving the linguistic material value in the research of Chinese history, analyzing the present research situation of the pronouns and Buddhist Sutra language, demonstrating the value of the dissertation title, methods and styles used in the paper.II The pronouns in Chinese translated East Han Buddhist Sutra. This is the main section of the whole dissertation. During theresearch, we do limitless calculating towards 34 translated East Han Buddhist Sutra, clearly describing personal pronouns, demonstrative pronouns and interrogative pronouns respectively, and doing a lot of assay from synchronic and diachronic perspective.
