After analyzing domestic and overseas culture industry theories, this dissertation explained the deep connotation of "Humanistic Olympics"and related it to Chinese culture developments, then it put forward the strategy systematically how Chinese culture industry takes advantages of "Humanistic Olympics"to step into the world market. Theories of culture industry were sorted as basic theory and application theory. The basic theory started from Birmingham's culture center's study on mass culture and culture industry whereas application theory focused on how to industrialize culture. At the same time, it pointed out Chinese culture industry's study's shortcomings This dissertation explained the connotation of "Humanistic Olympics"in details, introduced the present situation of Chinese culture industry and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese culture industry. Then explain the connotation of Chinese culture industry's stepping-out, namely, that is referring not only to selling Chinese culture products to overseas market, but also attracting foreign customers to come to China themselves to experience Chinese culture and consume Chinese Culture products within China. Moreover, this dissertation analyzed dialectically the relationship between "Humanistic Olympics"and Chinese culture industry's stepping-out strategy. In response to Chinese culture industry's advantages and disadvantages, in Chapter 4 this dissertation put forward some meaningful ideas on how Chinese culture industry to grow bigger & stronger and step out of China to compete in the international market. Constructive strategies were provided in details from perspectives of culture resources integration, marketing, investment system, human resources, culture industry agency, culture brand name and legal system construction before and during "2008 Olympic Games"...
