| Bei-sentence is one of the basic forms of Chinese sentence. The Bei-sentence discussed in this article is the Bei-sentence in narrow sense namely the sentence that is with the adverbial composed by the preposition of Bei or Jiao, Rang in its structure, and with the passive meanings in its semantic component, and it also includes some special Bei-sentence. In this article we study the constitution and the semantic component of complement in Bei-sentence.There are five parts in this article:The first part is the introduction. In this part there are a summary on the research of Bei-sentence and a clarification of the idea to chose the topic.In part two to four we discuss the constitution of complement of Bei-sentence, the restriction of the complement, the semantic feature and the relationship with Ba-sentence.There are two main points in the second part: one is the constitutional complexion of the complement, the other is whether there are some restrictive factors in using the complement.The subject of Bei-sentence is patient subject. Its complement has various semantic features. In part three we mainly explain the semantic relations of the complements with other elements in Bei-sentence. In most normative Bei-sentence the meaning of the complement points to the patient subject. And in some abnormalBei-sentence the meaning of the complement may point to other elements in the sentence or even something beyond the sentence.Because of the specific relationship between the Bei-sentence and the Ba-sentence, we study the similarities and the differences of their complements cursorily in part four.The last part sums up the main ideas of the whole article. |
