From the first year of Shenlong to the second year of xiantian, the palace politics struggle occurred the most violently and frequently in the Early Tang Dynesty. Literature of that period was the crucial point of the development in the Tang Dynesty, the relationship of them were very closely, so it is very significant to research palace politics struggle and the literature thesis of the later period of the Early Tang Dynesty There are four parts of this article: The first part mainly researches and differentiates the political and historical background of the later period of the Early Tang Dynesty which did the special research to the palace politics struggle regarding to the scholars. Firstly, to dispute the political position of the two Zhang and the meaning of killing two Zhang in the Wu Wang Coup: They were only the lovers of Queen Wu and didn't form the political force. Two Zhangs'conspiring against the state was the excuse for that Wu Wang held the Coup. The scholars who were relegated were not the group of them as they maybe had fawned upon them. The really reason for Shen Quanqi, Song Zhiwen and the other scholars'relegation was that they were considered to be the supporter of Queen Wu by Wu Wang, so they used the excuse of "depending on two Zhang"to attack them. Secondly, as a result of these scholars being remitted was that the Wu Group were to be in power.Thirdly, I researched on the party groupings, the struggle process and the truth of RuiZong's abdication in chief and get next two viewpoints: one is the reason that Ruizong inheriting the emperor and executing Princess Taiping was the struggle process of the Ruizong party ,Taiping party and Xuanzong party. The other is Ruizong's abdication had the close relationship with executing Pricess Taiping. The really reason was that Xuanzong wonder to eradicating the Group of Princess Taiping and Ruizong to get the emperor position. The last, to discuss the features of palace politics struggle of that period: one was complex and frequent, another was struggling for governance, not for political ideal. Finally, the scholars played more and more important roles in the palace political struggle. The second part, to describe the relationship of the palace politics struggle and the scholars'fate. I stressed on trying to verify a point on the scholars'relegation and promotion in the palace coup, then give a summary inference. The inference as followed: the scholars'relegation made the development of the relegation literature and affect much on the general mood, metality of scholars, literature topics and style. Executing the queen Wei effected that the flourish literary creation fell to decay. However, the politics struggle of Ruizong Dynesty created the good environment for the social tradition ,general mood and the development of the literature. The third part, analysising the mid clue of Wu Wang Coup and the development of the literature----general mood and the mentality of scholars. After couping, the active general mood trended to passive. The fourth part, mainly discussing about the influence of the Wu Coup to the literature topics and style. The literature topics changeed from singing the praises of the emperor's merits and virtues ,expressing disappointed feelings to follow the precept of the Buddha plaintively. The style of literature altered like: one was changing exaggeration and sham to comfortable and recreation; another was changing gorgeous to natural and tangible. At the same time, I also expounded the significant of those alterations bringing the development to the literature in the flourishing Tang.
