It was a period at the height splendour of evolving Fu poems in Tang dynasty after Han-Wei dynasties, in which Four-outstanding-scholars were exerting themselves not only to create poem songs, but also create Wen and Fu. Their Fues were plain at language, and the characteristics of their Fu are breakthrough into the subject matters, and appearing limited rhyme in their works. Their Fues were much more and much extensive in subject matters than other authors'at the same time, in which almost every Fu factor was blended, that affected the Fu creating in mid and late Tang dynasty in a way. Despite they came in for Han-Wei's literature tradition in a certain extent, they started and created the newly Fu literature in Tang dynasty.According to The Whole Tang's Articles, A Collection of Some Excellent Works, and their collections, the text integrates the stylistic characters, contents in their Fues,in a extensive perspective way in order to analyze their Fues. On the basis of the predecessor's researches the text analyze and explain the inchoation of Wen-Fu(prosaic fu) and Ruled-fu, classification of their Sao, and the statistic of their all Fues. Moreover the text newly analyzes their Fu texts concretely in a dynamic,blending and mutual way, and defines or classifies their Fues into Sao Fu, Parallel Fu, Wen Fu, Ruled Fu, Poem-style-fu, and Folk Fu from an extensive and syncretic view. Furthermore, from the point of view of every Fu factorial characteristics, it surveys and defines again their Fu literary importance and status, and returns their Fu literature's original situation in literary history, knotting the time and field, and their reciprocity and intercourse in the process of the style's developing. Simultaneously it analyzes their Fues'philosophy relating to their environment of history and life, and compares their works with ones of Han-Wei dynasties in sentence patterns, rhyme and tone, modes of narration and shade of lyric, and so on. At last it distinguishes the question about the author of Buddha Fu.
