In total problem and characteristic, Husserl belongs to tradition of experiential rationalism since Aristole, they both insist on reaching "sein"from the real fact itself. By using the method of pursuit and description, namely beginning from the first point of Husserl and Aristole recognized, and by Husserl and Aristole's methods themselves, the article reconstructs the existent system of theirs. According to the article, there is some difference between Aristole and Husserl, in the comprehension of the real fact. Aristole's real fact involves three factors: average man's operation in daily feeling experience, unlimited application of interpretative factor, the abbreviation and polarization of the lingual form caused by the practical life goal. However, Husserl's real fact is what appears to consciousness. Therefore the real fact from which Aristole begins is not optional object. The natural objects have priority among all kinds of objects, and this priority becomes an obviously premise and defines the beginning of Aristole's existent construction. But the real fact from which Husserl begins is optional object, so his philosophy does not exist any premise except object itself, and Husserl has realized "the philosophy without premise". Starting from the prior natural object, through the construction of proposition's form, as well as construction of a series of proposition, such as the proposition about entity attribute,the proposition about congener category, the proposition about causal relation, and proposition about form and material and so on , Aristole has then established existent system taking the entity as the center. However, starting from optional real fact, Husserl has constructed the exist system, through the free changes of attention and objects, essential reduced and showed his basic status. In the essential structure, Aristole's exist system as an essential correlated item is involved the phenomenological world which Husserl has established.
