| The language between Han. Wei,Jin & Northern and Southern Dynasties has very important status because of its spoken peculiarity and linking between the preceding and the following in the long history of Chinese language. However, the study of it had been quite weak, the situation has been changed with a set of experts and productions coming out since second half part of period in last century. Investigators renovated ways and enlarged materials on it. The recordation of Buddhism statue in Northern Dynasty are language which have certain age, credible datum and high scientific value, which is important for language studying in separate ages. Especially the Buddhism language materials, many investigators researched them from culture, history and Buddhism facets, and acquired abundant productions. However, the study from philological angle is still in blankness. So clearing up them completely is very valuable not only to the study of glossary between Han, Wei, Jin & Northern and Southern Dynasties but also to the study of entire history of Chinese glossary. In addition, it can provide rare materials for emending and supplementing dictionaries.In this paper, the author used the theories of ancient Chinese lexics and exerted induce and proving between literatures. The whole article falls into five chapters. The first chapter introduces simply the general picture of Buddhism statue, the history and actuality of studying, the significance of writing and the source of materials. The second chapter introduces the study of words on Buddhism, which is the emphasis in the paper. Emphasizing on delineating and analyzing the words and expressions on Buddhism, it is to open out its holistic visage and essential characteristics. The third chapter is about the study of common words and sum up them on Buddhism. The fourth chapter elucidates the meaning of compiling of dictionaries on them. At last, we analyze the characteristics of words and expressions on Buddhism.
