Discussion On Acivity Of The Provincial Department Of The Nation's Party In Xinjiang

During the course of researching the modern history of China, the Nation's Party is often emphasized by history scholar. However, the Provincial Department of the Party in Xinjiang, an important part of organization's construction, doesn't get enough much attention. Therefore, this article will formulate the regional organization of Nation's Party from three different aspects. First, it was this period when Yang Zen-xin and Jing Shu-ren control the regime of Xinjiang, the Provincial Department of the Nation's Party was eventually established and awarded legal status. But this progress was also far away from the final intention of Nan Jin Government., because the Government wanted to put Xinjiang under its control. In this period, the condition of political conflict in Xinjiang was very complex, and this not only created chance for foundation of the Provincial Department of the Party in Xinjiang, but it also produced some adverse factors for the development of it at the same time. Second, the governance of Jin Shu-ren elapsed rapidly because of Ha Mi's Revolt and Ma Zhong-yin's Invasion. At that time, Shen Shi-cai despoiled the dominion of Xinjiang applying for his army and intended to search for advocacy from the Nan Jiang Government. However, the Government didn't want to recognize the power that he got. In order to subrogate Shen Shi-cai, the Nan Jin Government sent Huang Mu-song and Luo Weng-gan to Xinjiang, and even procure the Alliance which was made up of Zhang Pei-yuan and Ma Zhong-yin to resist the expansion of Shen's strengthen. As a result, these actions ended in failure and the Provincial Department of Nation's Party in Xinjiang was also dispelled. But late, an war broking out between the Soviet and German in 1941 reclaimed a new circumstance again for its rebuilding. Third, the Provincial Department of Nation's Party in Xinjiang made great progress after the Nan Jin Government controlled Xinjiang. However, the governance of Nation's Party was getting worse and worse in the whole country, so the condition that the organization confronted was very serious. In this period, the Provincial Department of the Party in Xinjiang was always harassed by some questions. For example, they are the relationship between the Soviet and Xinjiang, revolution among Three Parts. Moreover, these questions undermined the function of it in a degree. Lately, Xinjiang was liberated in a peaceful way under the leadership of Tao Zhi-yue and Bao Er-hai etc, so the Provincial Department of the Nation's Party in Xinjiang also disappear from the history scenery.
