The unique language style and complicated thought connotation of Wang Meng's novels attract many literature scholars. However, the researchon the language of his novels should not limited in language-by-language analysis, we should go into deep structure from the facial one. The article mainly analyses the rhetoric functions of heteroglossia in Wang Meng's novels from three levels: discourse level, text level and main body structure level, and chiefly inspects the unique application of heteroglossia which used as discourse form in Wang Meng's novels, expanding from narration form to open text and deep permeation to mind main body structure,and thus appears breakthrough of verbal context and diversification of rhetorical acceptation, so that we will give heteroglossia narration of Novels in Wang Meng New Period a comparatively perfect and deep explanation.
