| The process of region and integration of economy of the current world is accelerating now.With the founding of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,Guangxi and Vietnam which join together in special geographical position,are the convenient land passway between china and ASEAN.How to strengthen relationship of economy between china and Vietnam, even ASEAN with the border trade between Guangxi and Vietnam, has become an important topic. The Sixteenth National Representation Congress of C·P·C indeed made a decision that we must try our best to construct middle-class family society and support mimority regions.Developing the border trade in minority regions is main way which accelerats the economy of minority regions.Therefore,the topics such as "Analysis on developing border region and enriching people in Guangxi"and "Analysis on history of communications and melting of nationality ontside and in Guangxi"are referred in "Guide to 2003 Topics of Guangxi Philosophy and social Science 'the tenth five'Plan".On this condition,it is certain importint realistic meaning to strengthen modern bordor trade between Guangxi and Vietnam. Modern era is the important history era for China(Guangxi )and Vietnam.Under the direction of Marxism-Lecninism materialistict conception of history, this paper analyses modern border trade between Guangxi and Vietnam with the theories of Regional Economics.International Trade and new Institutional Economics and adopts comparatize analytic approach, substantial evidence analysis and statistics annlysis. This thesis consists of seven parts. Part one breafly reviews the ancien history of Guangxi-Vietnam border trade.Through the history of Guangxi-Vietnam border trade from chin to Han, the paper draws conclusion that ancient Guangxi-Vietnam border trade set up the deep base for moder era. In part two, the paper inquires into the process of development of modern Guangxi-Vietnam border trade after the sino-France War.Compared with the anciemt times ,modern Guangxi-Vietnam border trade made unpreceaented progress.the paper ,applies with statistics charts to display the process of thiving and decay of costoms trade and folk trade. Part three induces the fresh features,based on the process of development of Guangxi-Vietnam border trade:firstly,the thriving of modern Guangxi-Vietnam border trade is not due to the progress of both production, but foreign power-France which controlled both border trade. Secondly, both border trade mainly were run by Chinese merchants,and Gongdong merthants played a vital role Thirdly,In moder Guangxi-Vietnam border trade, opium transit trade and smuggle grew bold.Fourthly, the total of both modern borde trade is few. In seceion four , this paper summarizes the inflnenee of modern Guangxi-Vietnam border trade on border region ,The positive influences consist of four facts:form of market net accelaration of melting of nationality strengthening of defence and promotion of friendship of china (Guangxi)and Vietnam .On the whole, a few new changes appear in the border region. Section five probes into the main reasons of the development of modern Guangxi-vietnam border trade.Generally speaking, the reasons contain two aspects :the measures of governments and comparative advantages.In the measures of governments aspect, this paper explains government facet with the relevant theory of new Institutional Economics. Except official facet ,the comparative advantages of modern Guangxi-Vietnam border trade is its life in terms of international trade relevant theories.On the whole,modern Guangxi-Vietnam border trade made progress through action of these two powers. Part six gives modern Guangxi-Vietnam border trade a sound-and fair remarks after this paper analyses the production in the border region external impetus,movement of Chinese businessmen and conparison of Guangxi-Vietnam border trade between Yunnan-Vietnam border trade. The final section is the end of this paper ,Based on the analysis above,it supplies us with history inspiration and space of thought. |
