Research On The Anarchical Movement History Of Korean Within The Territory Of China (1919--1945)

Since China and South Korea established diplomatic relation in 1992, Korean research in China has been intensified progressively; the history of Korean independence movement became one of the important subjects of Korean research, emerging in large quantities of Korea study researchers and Korean research centers. The anarchical movement of Korea is an important constituent in research of Korean independence movement. The research of Korean anarchical movement history within the territory of China is beneficial to expand not only the research of Korean independence movement but also the research realm of Sino-Korea relation history. To the Korean anarchical movement within the territory of China, up until now, few of Chinese scholars carried out research on it. Korean scholars started relatively earlier on the anarchism, their attention concentrated on individual revolutionist's anarchical thought and specific anarchical groups mainly, because of language obstacle and difficulties in materials collecting, As far as the anarchical movement history of Korea with the territory of China was concerned, their system research is far not enough. In view of this, under the guidance of my tutor, I try sketching the history of Korean anarchism movement within the territory of China, expecting to offer some help to the research that scholars carry on this respect. The thesis consists of foreword, main part and conclusion. In the foreword, I expounded the purpose and meaning of the selected title, then introduce the current research situation of the Korean anarchical movement within the territory of China and the break-through point of the research, and then brief introduce the source of materials, finally I speak weak point of the thesis. The subject of the article includes four parts: The first part describes mainly the rise of the Korean anarchical movement within the territory of China. After Korea was annexed by Japan, large quantities of Korean revolutionaries exiled in China and insist on being engaged in the independence movement against Japanese invader. Because of Korean painful historical experiences and the setback in the independence movement of Korea, in addition, the influence on the anarchical ideological trend of the Orient countries, such as China etc. prevailed deeply at that time, some revolutionaries took an anarchism road that differed from nationalism and communist road. The second part describes mainly the main leaders of the Korean anarchical movement and Korean anarchical groups in Northeast of China and the area inside of the Shanhaiguang Pass. After being disappointed to nationalism and communist road, some Korean revolutionaries choose the anarchism and launched the anarchism movement actively. Then described the main Korean anarchical groups and theirs development. The third part expounds the development of the Korean anarchical movement in the second and third of 20th century. During this period, Korea anarchists set up their organizations, launched activities and made extensively intercourse with Chinese, Japanese anarchists, established "the Orient anarchists'alliance ", advancing the development of anarchical movement of the Orient. After 9·18 incident,Chinese and Korean anarchists set up "Country-saving Alliance against Japan". They not only helped Chinese Arms to resist the Japanese invader but also carried on many well-known assassination and explosive activities; these activities gave a heavy blow on Japanese invader, made them stricken. But they also had paid enormous sacrifice. The forth part expounds mainly the activities that Korean anarchists resisted against Japan in wartime in China. After Chinese Anti-Japanese War broke out, The Kuomintang Party and the Communist Party of China formed "National Alliance against Japan", Chinese people has raised the great war of national liberation resisting against Japan, which shaken Korean anarchists enormously. From the fact they realized gradually: the national independence and people's liberation would come true not through individualistic heroism activity and empty anarchical propagation but through joint struggle with all revolutionary groups. Then they threw themselves into vigorous Anti-Japanese War actively, which contributed to Chinese Anti-Japanese War and Korean national independence. The conclusion sum up the orbit of Korean anarchical movement within the territory of China, then summarized its historic significance .The history of Korean anarchical movement within the territory of China is divided into three stages: 1919 --1923 was rise period of the anarchical movement, 1924 --1936 is a developing period of the anarchical movement, during that period, Korean anarchists set up organizations and launched anarchical movement; 1937 –1945 when the war of Chinese resisted against Japan , Korean anarchists participated in the national united front period ,participating actively in China's Anti-Japanese War . Korea anarchists'struggle from single-handed fight to forming national united front with other revolutionary groups to join China Anti-Japanese Independent War contributed to the independence of Korea and the liberty of Korean. Their propaganda, educational activities with Chinese anarchists contributed to Chinese people awaken and educational course, they persisted to resist against Japan, which contributed to Chinese victory in national liberation war against Japan.
