| The health in modern sense doesn't only include physiological health, but also include psychological health. Psychological health is the necessary requisition and basic demand of modern intellects. Psychological health of college students isn't only related to the individuals'study, life and success, but also related to the general qualities of intellects in the new century, the fulfillment of the strategy of developing China through science and technology, the improvement of rejuvenation of China.In fact, with progress and developments of society, and faster rhythm of life, more intensive demand for talent, college students are precocious in physiology, while not completely mature in psychololgy, as a result, facing these requests and pressures, we usually can't reply or express much more and psychological problems, which have affected college students' daily life, study and growth. The main performance of college students' psychological health problems is in emotion, social interaction, studying, orientation,love, job and etc.Psychological problems of college students increasing, psychological health education seems to be more important, also becomes essential contents of high school work. However, taking a comprehensive view of actual circumstance of each high school, psychological healthy education develops very unbalancedly, in our life, deviation of understanding and practice still exists. Many people put the target of psychological health education only on handful of college students with pschological problems, putting importance on the consultation, medical treatments, lacking prevention for psychological disease and developing psychological educational principle, which make education not expand universally and not develop its function well.To this present condition, the author of this thesis, with many years of engaging in college students'education and management ,and also with experience on educational fulfillment, drawing lessons from the people's research results in the past, has carried on thorough research on contemporary college students psychological healthy education and some related problems.This thesis elaborates basical condition of contemporary college students' psychological health and points out main psychological problems that exist. At the same time, this thesis illuminates educational contents of psychological health, present conditions and meanings, and also puts forward college student psychological healthy educational position and path to carry out it.The basic target of psychological health education is to support college students'psychological health, to strengthen character of college students, to promote college students, to develop and socialize smoothly, to prevent and cure psychological problems, to regulate nicely, to well adapt to society.Making psychological health knowledge avilable and developing abilities of students to regulate themselves, are effective methods to carry out psychological education well. Through studying psychological health knowledge, college students improve their realization of psychological health and its effection, make habit of keeping healthy psychology, which is good for individual growth.Taking good measures promotes implement of psychological health education.Psychological health education and political education combine with each other organicly and promote each other. In order to performance perfectly, school should build up class- department-school educational system, set up psychological health education lesson, regarding the classroom teaching as principle, other activities as assistance, found on-line psychological consultation terrace, develop network technique advantage, make psychological health education widely, establish psychological chatting room, carry out contemporary guidance, promote psychological health education effectively.In a word, psychological health education of college students should have a foothold of nation, practice and reality, with suitable and operative method... |
