Develop All-in-One For SOHO With The Scenario-oriented Design

The design idea of "user-centered" makes the designer begin paying more attention to the products user —the side of people, and to design more humanized product has been become the long goal of the designer, but how can the designer really understand the user? Meanwhile, the design process is more and more complicated and the design range is more and more enormous. Facing the diverse information, it is very apt to neglect the end user.Scenario-oriented Design is a kind of user-centered design method, it can contain various kinds of questions, combine relevant view among ample resources, and it's an application of the vision dialog, an artistic tool to formulate uncertainty. This paper is using Scenario-oriented Design to develop All-in-One for SOHO, and during the course to reflect the method can organize and exhibit information more effectively, inspire products innovation, to ensure it does be a kind of user-centered design method, and attempt to put forward the researcher's opinion about Scenario-oriented Design.In this thesis it at first introduce Scenario-oriented Design and do a simple introduction of the method, then with the matchmakers of the method, do an all-round way discuss of the use actor, the use environment and the use scene for All-in-One. Meanwhile, in order to avoid the appearance of the prejudice scenario, the researcher not only probes into a large amount of documents and materials, but also do personal interview in order to understand user experience. After fully understanding user's story, set up " cast " and " use case map ", build up the problem scenario, stand from the user point to seek All-in-One innovation point, set up concept scenario, draw the design project and propose an anticipation of an operation scenario to assess the project. After using the Scenario-oriented Design method, propose the sense and some personal opinions about the method.Through confirming the scenario utility, hope to open other new research field about product design method, inspire the designer to explore design method more close to user mind from different perspectives.
