On Thought Of Famine-relief During Ming And Qing Dynasty

The topic of this thesis is "On Thought of Famine-relief during Ming and Qing Dynasty".During that time,the policy of famine -relief had reached the summit of the traditional society.The government could take efficient and overall measures during pre-disaster,mid-disaster and post-disaster. It was certain that there were a lot of disadvantages which harmed the famine-relief because of the limit of productive way and political system.Apart from government's Famine-relief system ,there was social famine-relief. Social famine-relief thought had less factors which there was thoughtful,systematic and ideal.First,the common people's famine-relief was earlier than that of government.Second,it had more flexible and suitable than that of government.In my article I will talk about the thought of gentlemen and businessmen.The gentlemen and businessmen's famine-relief didn't begin and was not typical in Ming and Qing dynasty,but it included modern factors.Finally,the article simply analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the thought of famine-relief in Ming and Qing dynasty in order to enlighten our thought.
