According to this I divide them into two parties:"words exhaust meaning."and "words don't exhaust meaning." Furthermore I set out the reasons why the latter is more reasonable than the former. Section II :I discuss the nature of deeding and dialectic for Zhuang Zi's word meaning opinion.Chapter two is composed of two parts. It aims at "Three Yans"in Zhuangzi. Section I :I differentiate "Three Yans"with "serious words", to analyze why Zhuang Zi prefers "Three Yans"to "serious words"when reasonable culture prospects. Section II :First I analyze conception, distinguishing feature and manifestation of Three Yans" (Yu Yan, Zhi Yan, Zhong Yan) . Secondly I contrast the differences of Three Yans". Finally I prove that "Three Yans"is a unity in the text.
