The Study Of XieTiao's Poem

The study of XieTiao , a poet of the Six Dynasty ,is mainly focus on his works which depict the natural scenery ,as he is famous for this .However ,some of XieTiao's other sides are easy to be neglected ,such as his modeled YueFu works .This thesis tries to have a general view of XieTiao's poems.The first chapter tells XieTiao's writing background ,such as political climate custom and the trend of literature circles .NaiBei Dynasty is dark and unstable in China's history .The dynasty which XieTiao lived existed only 24 years ,but there were seven emperors all together ,four of them died because of struggle for governing right .Some nobles were depressed by this ,they changed their concern from politic to poem-writing .On the basis of the translation of Buddhism works and the spread of folk rhyme ,the YongMing nobles created "YongMing new poem style " .It brings a series of changes on poem-writing.The second chapter studies XieTiao's life experience ,mainly tell his life and thoughts .First ,it tells four affairs which have vital influence on XieTiao : FanYe's rebel at the end of Song dynasty . QiMing emperer's seizure of power WangJingze's rebel and Donghun marquis'stirring of the politic . They brought XieTiao a tragedy life .Second ,this chapter mainly studies the key role Confucianism in XieTiao's ideas.The third chapter is the crucial one in this thesis .It studies XieTiao's poem from aspects :merry Western rhyme melancholy XuanCheng poem modeled folk rhyme poem about natural scenery the artistic characters of his poems .The first two study on the basis of stages ,the third and forth aspects depict from themes ,there maybe some repetition ,but they are not the same ,it may be a new view angle for studying XieTiao's poems .The fifth aspect mainly shows the poet's sentimental consciousness and excellent talent of using language .The last chapter analyses the circulation and literature acceptance of XieTiao's works .Because of the limit time and energy ,this thesis only tells the acceptance ofXieTiao by HeXun and YinKeng in Nan Dynasty -. LiBai in Tang Dynasty and the poets in DaLi Times of Tang Dynasty .
