On History Progress And Advance Trend Of Marxist Philosophy's Chinalization

The spreading and applying of Marxist philosophy in China almost ran through the whole 20th Century. During this period, its source and form of propagating had many distinguishing features. So did its stage and field of applying. But there was much experience and lesson at the same time. After Marxism entered China, it combined with Chinese revolutionary practice and traditional culture, its formation changed and developed greatly, among which there was general Marxism, doctrine Marxism, especially it shaped into the theory product about Chinalization of Marxist philosophy, that is, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and "Three Representations". The three kinds of theories contributes much to Historical Materialism. The change and development of Marxism suits the needs of practice and times, and enriches itself.In the new epoch, if we want to make Chinalization of Marxist philosophy into reality, we must analyze its present situation in our country and acquaint ourselves with its possible difficulties and challenges when Marxism brings forth new ideas. Only if we advanced according with the four sides, we could push on and deepen Marxism's development. Firstly, we should stick to Marxist philosophy combined with Chinese social realities, enrich and develop Marxism; Secondly, under the direction of Marxist philosophy, we must summarize the splendid legacy of China Philosophy and traditional culture, with wisdom of which complete Marxism and make it possess national feature and Chinese qualities; Thirdly, keeping in close step with the times, we should pay attention to absorbing and researching science and technology besides the rational parts of western modern and contemporary philosophy, which can modernize Marxist philosophy; Fourthly, we should link Marxism with the general view of life and value, make it become the fundamental thinking and behavior ways of Chinese people.
