Chinese culture was transmitted to Korean Peninsular by Chinese characters medium. Those papers, which discussed Korean language and words and the comparison between Chinese and Korean got more and more .But the number comparison from those wisdoms'papers had wide gap, what's more, the comparison about graphemes, pronunciations and meanings was not systemic, on the contrary it was at random. A corresponding database was created between 3000-Chinese-character or so and Korean Hanja, then we adopted qualitatively and quantitively analytical way. We statically described the universality through those datas, and then the analysis of microcosmic comparison reflected the profundity. We did a comparatively comprehensive study in mathematical Statistic way. In the course of number comparsion, we analyzed the cover rates according to varied numbers of characters. What percents are the common numbers in varied grades in Hanyu Shuiping Cihui yu Hanzi Dengji Dagang? We correspondingly described those high frequency 53 common characters in first-100-character. As far as pronunciation was concerned, we used mathematical statistics way to analyze 15 initials, 8 monophthongs, 9 diphthongs, 63 compound consonants and 447 syllables. We describred and compared the comresponding phonemes and syllables concluded from 2905 Chinese characters. In the course of grapheme comparison, we firstly macroscopically described those Bushou, analyzing those different Bushou and different Bihua of resembled Bushou in two kinds of language. What's more, we set the high frequency 53 characters example, which exhibited the differences in details. We also described orders of strokes and concluded the main reasons that Korean students wrote wrong. We recommend Bujian learning. As for meanings comparsion, we narrated three relations about Chinese characters and Korean Hanja. And then we set many examples to prove those relations. We briefly analyzed the reasons why those meanings are different. This paper can provide some original datas for teaching Chinese as second foreign language for further studies. Some studies'results can apply to teaching especially to teaching Chinese to Korean and textbooks'compiling for Korean students. Chinese scholars can study Korean pronunciation and Chinese standard sounds and pronunciations in Yuan Dynasty. This paper can do some help to learn Korean Hanja and be used for reference for further communication and corporation in academy.
