Pre-school children are the children aged from 3 to 6.The study found that within the six-year-old children, the physical and psychological development usually rapidly, thinking capabilities, imaginative capabilities ,analysis capabilities and memory have already begun to form, the brain structures and functions have become more efficient. In this stage, the children are very interested in the things nearby as a result of great curiosity, and they show great desire for seeking knowledge. Therefore, the universal and sensitive topic of the pre-school children would have an extremely profound impact on the physical and mental development and the future periods of personality formation. This article mainly discuss the influences of development of children's body and mind which is lead by the dress decoration. Firstly, to analyze the physical and mental character and their interesting;the development of children's personality, temperament, character;and discuss the physical and psychological feeling to the color sense of the children and gender and color preference;analyze the situation of the children's clothing decoration and compare the pre-school children's clothing decoration between the foreign and home. Finally, to discuss the influence of children's clothing decoration of the color, design, style and material to the children's physical and psychological development.All kinds of pre-school children's clothing decoration mainly mean that the coordinated pair of the color, design, style and material. The pre-school children are a special group, so the dress of them should be different from the children, juvenile and adults. The choice of the color , design, style and material would have important use to enlighten the children's creativity and imagination. The appearance of the design notonly make the clothing dynamic, interesting and it also stimulate the children's imaginative space, and it can self-training speak and the language capability, strengthen the thought and intellectual growth. If the children can often wear colorful, changeable and novel designs clothing, it must be useful to the children's feeling and the physical and mental fostering. But if children costumes take no account of the characteristics of children development will affect their physical and mental development. Nowadays, the children's dress are changing to adult, and dress-makers make the adult dress smaller into children dress from the style ,texture to the color .Therefore ,this trend violates the development character of physiology and psychology, and is bad for the development of children's body and mind. The dress will change one's mood , and it can change the appoint of others too. The beautiful dress can strengthen the self-confidence. Some materials show that changing one's dress is a very effective way to preschool children whose self-respect is badly hurt or who have no self-confidence. Rather , dressing in proper form or correct style can give people self-confidence.For the sake of our country and nation prosperous and the growth of the younger generation, and promote the quality of early education, cultivating children's artistic cultivation and aesthetic taste, and altering children clothing dress frequently will have great practical significance for chird care and development and intellectual development.
