Time management disposition is the tendency of the individual in the use of time, showing the psychological and behavioral characteristics, which is composed of a sense of time value, time monitoring and time efficacy. High school students sense of self value is of their cognition and evaluation of the generated a positive emotional experience in their study and life, it is a relatively stable personality, and it has a significant impact on high school students’ study and life. Senior high school stage is a key period for the development of academic, and academic burden is heavy.Many students lack scientific and reasonable time-management ability.They are easy to produce psychological problems, affecting the students’ positive emotion and leading to subjective well-being level reduced. High school students’ time management level of self-worth, and subjective well-being are linked closely.What is the relationship among the three? How do they work? Senior high school students self-worth and subjective happiness sense are related closely to the existence and senior high school students self-value sense and time management disposition also is closely related to, the level of time management disposition effect of self-value sense, senior high school students’ self-value sense of whether the time management disposition on the subjective happiness sense of the role and relationship among the three? The relationship among high school students’ sense of self-worth, time management disposition and subjective well-being is beneficial to provide scientific guidance for the development of high school students’ mental health and personality. The research on high school students’ self-value sense, time management disposition and subjective happiness sense of investigation.What is to investigate the relationship among the three is benefit for improving high school students’ self-value sense and time management level, and promoting the upgrading of the senior high school students’mental health and subjective well-being level.So it can be provide the basis for further research.In the study, three scales were used as the measuring tool, the adolescent time management disposition scale, the adolescent self worth scale and the high school students’ subjective well being scale. Lingchuan County in Guilin of Guangxi province,2 high schools, a model of high school, the other for the general high school, a total of 636 senior high school students to carry out a questionnaire survey. The measurement of self-worth, time management disposition and subjective well-being of senior high school students, to verify the sense of self value through time management disposition effect on subjective well-being. The internal consistency reliability of each scale was examined using clonal Bach coefficient, using SPSS20.0 to carry out independent sample t test, single factor analysis of variance, difference test, correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results found:(1) High school students self-awareness, self-emotional experience, based on the understanding shown by the psychological and behavioral characteristics based on the time value of significance for the overall assessment of the living conditions are in the upper level.(2) Boys as well as the ability to control the time of the Cognitive and the surrounding environment than girls, while girls more than boys to experience negative emotions, especially a high; high school students time management skills higher than sophomore; demonstrative high school students time logistics capacity higher than ordinary high school students.(3) For high school students the ability to self positive emotional experience and self-management of their time, of their own living conditions overall assessment, there is a close relationship between the three. High school students overall cognition, mood and behavior to their own standards in the face of psychological experience a variety of the environment, quality of life after their own overall assessment arising from the presence of the positive experience in close contact with the presence of various negative emotional experience negative contact, good psychological experience the high subjective well-being, and vice versa. For more profound understanding of the significance and the value of time, the ability to control time, the stronger, the higher subjective well-being.(4) A sense of self-worth through high school students can be part of Time Management Disposition affect their subjective well-being. For the high school student body and community self positive emotional experience, through their attitude towards the value of time, and the ability to use personal time logistics, individual time control of faith to some of the impact of their lives for the overall state of cognitive appraisal.
