In Song Dynasty, running outside of the copper coins was a very serious problem, which made the copper coins' quantity of China reduce and short of the copper coins in circulation. Chinese government took lots of measures to solve the problem, but no practical help; "short of the copper coins" of the Song Dynasty was more and more serious. Running outside of the copper coins was good for the countries surrounding China. The economy of those countries lagged behind far more than China, some were in the early days of feudal economy, and some even did not step into the feudal society. A great deal of copper coins flew into those countries and gave an impetus to the development of monetary economy of those countries. Japan had influenced by China since Qin and Han Dynasties. With lots of copper coins of Song Dynasty flew into Japan, Japanese economy changed greatly. Money replaced commodity money and new trades and new social stratification produced. When that social stratification got stronger and stronger, it impacted the government. With the Developing of Japanese monetary economy, Japan had gradually added into East Asia financial circle.
