Research reveals that ,"Ninety—Nine Fountain",because of it's special natural geographic condition and areal condition,The fountain it was valued by the rulers of northern nations ,since ancient time became their important workplace and summer resort. this thesis takes"Ninety—Nine Fountain"as a carrier ,try to verify action of six big north nomadic emperores namely, Huns, Xianbei, Turks,Khitan, Nüchen, and Mogol; Taking important historical events that happened in Ninety—Nine Fountain as a clue ,discuss Ninety—Nine Foutain's important status of northern nomadic nation's history;try to use a place as a point,attempt to elaborate the history of northern nomadic nations.This thesis consists of three parts;content of each part is under like:First part:explain the major content of this thesis,elaborate the meaning of selected topic,introduce the circumstances of former people's reserch and source of materials.Second part:verify and discuss the action of emperores of six big northern nomadic nations,and important history events that happenned there:1. action of Hun's chanyu in Ninety—Nine Fountain2. action of Xianbei's ruler in Ninety—Nine Fountain3. action of Turks'ruler in Ninety—Nine Fountain4. action of Khitan ruler in Ninety—Nine Fountain5. action of Nuchen's ruler in Ninety—Nine Fountain6. action of Mongol and Yuan dynasty's ruler in Ninety—Nine FountainThird part:recognize the Ninety—Nine Fountain's status in politics,economy,transportation of northern nomadic nation's history,and the practical value of modern Inner Mongolian grassland cultural tourism.
