Research Of Xinjiang Quzi Opera On The Background Of Migration

Xinjiang Quzi Opera, whose folksay is Xiaoquzi, is formed from Quzi of Shan'xi and Gansu, and its evolution in Xinjiang. Based on numerous field investigations and literatures, this paper enters into the five aspects of Xinjiang Quzi Opera such as its origion, development, list of plays, libretto, music feature and theatrical troupes. The paper resumptively sums up the characteristics of Xinjiang Quzi Opera in all respects, reviewing it against the background of Han and Hui nationalities'migration in northwest China since the middle period of Qing Dynasty, and finds out that as an immigrant culture, Xinjiang Quzi Opera has great consistency with Quzi of Shan'xi and Gansu in folk title, list of plays, libretto characteristic,music feature and organization form of theratical troupes.This paper falls into six parts except for the preface and conclusion.
