Research On Psychological Quality And Its Education Of Contemporary College Students

Technology development, rejuvenation of economy, and even advancement of the whole society all lie in improvement of talents' qualities. Contemporary college students are pillars of 21st centuries, and colleges, as an important front where constructors and successors to socialism cause are cultivated, establish its significant work aim as comprehensively advancing quality-oriented education. However, psychological diathesis education of college students is the lion's share of college quality-oriented education and plays a crucial role in advancing full-scale development of students. Therefore, focus on discussing and studying psychological quality and its education of college students is of theoretical and realistic significance.In combination with features of psychological development and common psychological problems, this thesis employs basic theories on psychology and general knowledge on psychological quality in analyzing psychological quality states and relevant reasons of contemporary college students. On the basis of elaborating states as well as remaining problems of psychological quality education of our country's colleges students and states as well as inspiration of psychological quality education of foreign colleges students, this thesis presents approaches and measures, which can improve psychological quality education of college students.
