Research objective: In recent years,the rapid development of sports dance in China,the rapid increase in the number of students studying sports dance,professional level also will be increased rapidly.At home and abroad for sports dance in all aspects of academic research more and more.The main research object of this thesis is to focus on the female college students in sports dance,and will carry out experiments on some of the key indicators of their physical and psychological quality.By comparing the results before and after the experiment,we will study the study The Influence of Sports Dance on Physical and Mental Health of Female College Students Majoring in Sports.It provides scientific theoretical support for the female college students studying sports dance,and provides scientific theoretical basis for the fitness effect of sports dance movement,which is conducive to the more scientific guidance of sports dance training.Research methods: This paper uses the literature data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,experimental method,the Xi'an Institute of Physical Education 2014 sports dance professional randomly selected 12 female college students for 9 weeks of sports dance special teaching and training.All subjects were between 18 and 21 years of age,and no significant endocrine disorders and related contraindications such as heart disease and high blood pressure.Before the experiment,all the female college students in the measurement of the indicators,after 9 weeks of teaching,the required indicators for the second measurement,and the experimental data for comparative analysis.According to the physical quality index needed in this experiment,the body shape,heart and lung function,flexibility and strength quality were selected as test indexes.Body shape includes body weight and circumference(chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,calf circumference)and body fat percentage.Cardiopulmonary function includes test of vital capacity and step test.Flexibility includes seat flexion,posterior body bridge,front and rear legs and left and right extension ability.Strength of the quality,including knees sit-ups,vertical jump and grip strength.Psychological quality test selected "college students psychological quality questionnaire" for psychological testing,to collect the strain force dimension,tolerance frustration dimension,emotional management dimension and interpersonal dimension of these four aspects of the data.Research Results: Body weight,the body weight of the subjects,waist circumference,thigh circumference,calf circumference and body fat percentage were significantly different,weight decreased by 1.55 kg,waist circumference decreased by 1.3cm,thigh circumference decreased by 0.79 cm,calf circumference decreased 0.56 cm,body fat percentage decreased by 0.85%,before and after the test results were significantly different;and chest decreased by 0.38 cm,hip circumference decreased by 0.41 cm,but no significant difference.Cardiopulmonary function,vital capacity increased by 278 ml,step test index increased by 4.33 before the experiment,there was a significant difference.In the aspect of flexibility,the flexion of the sitting body increased by 3.63 cm compared with that before the experiment,and decreased by 4.41 cm compared with that before the experiment.The transverse cross was 6.33 cm lower than that before the experiment,Decreased by 6.66 cm,and the right vertical fork decreased by 3.32 cm compared to the previous experiment.There was a significant difference.In terms of flexibility,the results of knee-ups were improved by 2.42 times compared with the previous ones.The results of longitudinal jump were 1.15 cm higher than that before the experiment.The grip strength was increased by 2.42 kg compared with that before the experiment.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after the experiment.Psychological dimension,there is no significant difference in emotional control dimension,and there are significant differences in the three dimensions of change,interpersonal relationship and tolerance.The change dimension was 4.75 points higher than that before the experiment,and the interpersonal dimension was 3.5 points higher than that before the experiment,and the tolerance margin was 2.66 before the experiment.Research conclusions: Through a period of 9 weeks of sports dance professional training experiment,sports dance professional female college students in the physical and mental quality aspects have undergone some significant improvement.1.Body shape,weight,waist circumference,thigh circumference and calf circumference and body fat percentage have significant effect.It is concluded that sports dance training has a significant effect on the physical form of female college students in sports dance.2.Cardiopulmonary function,female students' vital capacity and step test index also increased significantly,indicating that through sports dance training for sports dance professional female college students cardiopulmonary function has improved significantly improved.3.Flexibility,through the data processing results of sports dance professional female college students seat flexion,posterior flexure bridge,cross fork,left vertical fork and right vertical fork to improve the flexibility is very significant.4.Strength of the quality,the knee sit-ups,vertical jump and grip strength indicators have improved significantly,indicating that sports dance training for sports dance professional female college students have a significant improvement in the quality of the role.5.Psychological quality,sports dance professional female college students after 9 weeks of sports dance professional training,psychological quality of the four dimensions,coping with changes and interpersonal relationships and tolerance of frustration dimensions have a significant role in improving.It shows that sports dance has obvious effect on improving the psychological quality of female college students in sports dance.
