Based on the relevant researches of net education both domestic and abroad and reformation of college English teaching in China, this thesis analyses the main problems that restricts the development of self-regulated learning of college English on network platform and attempts to explore strategies to it, by means of a case study of "New Perspective English Learning System" of Jiangxi Normal University. It is divided into 5 chapters:Chapter One: Introduction. Outlines the developmental trends of college foreign language self-regulated learning among network environment in China by analyzing the epoch background, educational background and practical background; Summarizes the development of relevant researches on college foreign language self-regulated learning strategies on network platform both domestic and abroad. Constructs the framework of the research, such as the problem, foundational theories, the methods, goals and significance of the research.Chapter Two: Defines the conceptions and describes the theories. Discusses the concepts of self-regulated learning and English self-regulated learning strategies on network platform and points out the related factors and Sets forth the basic theories of the research: constructivism, humanism and connectivism.Chapter Three: Diagnoses for the Problem. Illuminates the purposes, objects and methods of the case study on New Perspective English Learning System of Jiangxi Normal University, by means of questionnaire survey , interview method and field survey. Analyzes and discusses the research findings from four dimensions: net platform, teaching management,teachers and learners.Chapter Four: Answers to the problems. (1) Provides all-around support for college English self-regulated learning on network platform. (2)Perfects the management system of college English self-regulated learning on network platform. (3)Advances teachers' quality, especially teachers' information literacy. (4)Cultivates undergraduates' information literacy, learning strategy and ownership.Chapter five: Conclusions of the Research. Summarizes the conclusions and findings of this research and discourses the potential deficiency, at last points out the further studies.
