Credit serves as the ethic foundation of economic boom, social civilization and social harmony. Credit in the fields of ethics refers to ethic relation resulting from agreement, promise, consent, contract and responsibility of human communication. Right orders of credit lie in abiding by promises and contracts, in fulfilling responsibilities. Personality is brought about through people's understanding of ethic relation of credit and through people's abidance of rules.Human credit is in the main composed of emotional credit, non-emotional credit, consanguinity credit, identity credit, and agreement credit. The absence of social credit in modern China, consisting subjective faith-breaking and objective faith-breaking, results from deformability due to the shortage of relevant rules and from wrong arrangement of credit relation.The renewal of social credit, a systematic task, calls for a fine network of fair system, sound morality and workable efficient punishment. Credit and morality work as the personal foundation of renewal of credit ethics. Fairness serves as the main ideology of renewal of social credit systems. Ethic bottom of renewal of social credit is the strong awareness of responsibility and consciousness of self-restriction on the part of citizens, enterprises and governments.
