Ji Zang(吉藏) is a mature statesman and the actual founder of the Three-Treatise school(三论宗) in china, he applied himself to research and develop the three main treatises (三论)(Madhyamika-sastra 中论, Treatise of the Twelve Aspects 十二门论, Sata-sastra 百论) through out his lifetime. Ji Zang succeed to the thoughts of Dependent Origination and the Emptiness of Nature (缘起性空)of the Madhyamika(中观派),which based chiefly in the philosophy of Nagarjuna(龙树) and Aryadevain(提婆) in late india,and he also learned the Seng lang( 僧朗),Seng quan(僧诠)and Fa lang(法朗)'s ShanMenYi( 山门 义),finaly he wrote several books such as The Profound Meaning of the Three Treatises(三论玄义).He look upon the twofold truth(二谛) and the Middle way (中道) as the Buddha-nature (佛性) ,and by sparkpluging that all Dharmas nature is emptiness of real appearances,he take the Refutation of the Wrong and the Exposition of the Right(破邪显正) as the main argument in his idea,so he extensively refute the idea of Attachment to existence(执著于有,有所得) and this have great influence on many scholars following.By studying the matter of his book The Profound Meaning of the Three Treatises(三论玄义),this dissertation is chiefly to understand the idea of the Refutation of the Wrong and the Exposition of the Right(破邪显正).
