Semantics is the research hot spot in current linguistics, and takes more and more receives in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, The profound meaning teaching has become the hot spot, key and the difficulty in the intermediate and senior stage teaching. This article mainly researches foreign Chinese intermediate and senior synthesis class teaching profound meaning and the type, the characteristic, and elaborated the profound meaning origin. Then proposed the teaching suggestion of how helps the student to understand profound meaning.
