According to the analysis of Davidson's theory of interpretation, this thesis is to clarify two requirements, all aspects, the difficulties going to meet, which are needed for explaining the theory. Based on this, he also tries to build a theory of truth of semantics for nature language, which shows the conception of holism about the theory of interpretation. In the beginning part, the thesis states the position of Davidson's theory of interpretation in his philosophy of language, and two requirements he gave: form and evidence.Section One introduces Tarski's Theory of Truth from which Davidson gets some inspiration: he notes the connection between truth and meaning in Convention-T. For Davidson's theory of interpretation has made that he will use truth as a starting concept, he don't receive the concept of translation but the form of Convention-T, so this meet the first requirement of the theory of interpretation.Section Two gives a analysis of the second requirement of the theory of interpretation, it points out two aspects of evidence, the belief and the obvious facts. It also brings in the Principle of Charity to give the communicator a further requirement that is to let the interpreter to confirm speaker's belief better through .In section three, if Tarski-type definition to truth would be suitable for natural language, some transformation must be needed. What Davidson has done is to constrain the Convention-T empirically and propose semantical theory of truth for natural language. While we receive the Convention-T not only in its form but also in its empirical constraints, connections of meaning, belief and truth can be built up in natural language. They constitute an interpretation activity. Finally, in the conclusion words, I believe that, Tarski's Convention-T which Davidson has improved proves its constructive instruction to truth sentence and also to the mechanism of the meaning of sentence becoming. In the instruction, the speaker, interpreter, and the background environment are all unavoidable aspects;belief, meaning and truth are connected together. With the success of communication, it improves the mutual understanding of both sides. The understanding relationship between speaker and interpreter composes intersubjectivity in the activity of discourse. This means that the semantical feature of language is the feature of the public. Every speaker's language can be interpreted essentially, so it proves that the speaker and language's features are constructive features. That is to say, the speakers' language consists of all the features in concrete context.
