From above we can see that ecological environment superiory at that time. But at last stage in Han Dynasty, environment condition is becoming more and more worse. The second part discusses main methods: Immigration and the garrison forces; cultivating the land in garrison areas; war and border defense military building; pasture; production of Bamboo slips material. These causes desert in Han Dynasty in Hexi Region.
