After the 9·18 incident, Japanese quickly captured Northeast China and plundered its rich natural resources crazily. After the puppet Manchuria was established, the regional mineral resources, forest resources and chemical industry resources became the focus of econmic plundering. Especially after Lugou Bridge Incident, Japanese implemented a war by war economic policy of plundering, making Liaoning area as the supply of resources to the war in order to meet the needs of war. The way of Japan’s plundering of resources in Liaoning area is reckless and regardless of the consequences. Japanese behaviors inevitably caused many terrible effects on local area, especially the destruction of the ecological environment can not be ignored, until now the influence still exists. This paper mainly divided into the following several parts:The first part briefly describes the natural environment of Liaoning area, including natural geographical environment and part of the natural resources. The Liaoning area have geographical position and some mountainous. Have rich water and soil resources, which resulting in the Liaoning area is rich in mineral resources, forest resources and chemical resources. The second part explains the Japanese plundering of the mineral resources in Liaoning province and its influence on the ecological environment during the puppet Manchuria period. Japan’s massive plundering of mineral resources in Liaoning area not only caused the drastic decrease of its reserves, but also changed the local the geological landscape. Japan’s reckless mining coal caused several coal bombings, which led to air pollution, water pollution problems and so on. It threatened local people’s life and damaged the local good living environment. The third part expounds Japanese plundering of forestry resources in Liaoning area and its influence on the ecological environment during the puppet Manchuria period. Japanese invaders massively grabbed forest resources, which caused huge reduction of the local trees, especially precious trees and endangered animals. Forest water conservation function decline, soil erosion, frequent occurrence of natural disasters. The fourth part discusses Japanese plundering of the chemical resources in Liaoning area and the impact on the ecological environment during The puppet Manchuria period. Chemical industry produced serious pollution. The purpose of Japan establishing chemical enterprises in Liaoning was seeking economic benefits, and Japanese didn’t consider the local ecological environment, which severely damaged the local ecological environment.Today’s ecological environment to the state and the development of human beings is more and more important. And over-exploitation leads to ecological environmental damage. Therefore if our country want to protect the ecological environment, we must persist sustainable development strategy. Finally we can realize the harmonious coexistence between human and nature.
