This article analyses lots of direct and indirect corpus information, by means of demonstration and theory-analyses, probing the inner restricting condition that restrains the naming-action and which name is an perfect name, etc. We reveal the referential condition from a new perspective, and carry out"perfect reference"theory hypothesis. This will play a guiding role in the thing-naming action, and provide an operable object criterion.Referential relation is a pragmatic relation and a dynamic pragmatic process. Naming action is an action and process that can set up the naming relation. In other words, the naming action is an action that set up the reference relation between an name and an object in nature. There is no inevitable connection between significant and referent. But with development of the cognition theory ,the naming action is not limited to distinguish. In the process of naming action, the namer might have something to express inevitable. On the base of the psychological inclination to the good side of human nature, the perfect name is the common pursue of all the namer. So the naming action is no more an action at will. The function of shop name can realized by satisfying several reference condition. In naming action, the matching of the name and the reality, distinct, the...
