A new kind of cultural phenomenon became more and more attracting among many other means of mass communication, such as TV, broadcasting,film and internet from 1990s, that is the bloom of dialectal works. Promoted by the combination of media and capital market, they rapidly penetrate the TV area with a strong and vigorous shape as a special form of popular culture when allying with the multifunctional media. Various dialectal TV programs extensively appeared in local television stations and became the magic weapons for stations to boost their audience rating. Based on these, I choose this fresh cultural phenomenon as the research object.
