As the magnum opus of the great Italian musician Giuseppe Verdi in 19th century, Opera La Traviata is a classical works of enduring fame, which occupies an important place in the history of opera.This opera is artistically reflection of social reality in that turbulent times; meanwhile, it is formed in development of Occident opera art and nourished by accumulated positive factors. However, the decisive factor is Verdi's unique discernment and art creativity formed in his life and art creation. Opera's artistical achievement is integration of those factors. Therefore, in order to accelerate the booming of China's modern opera art, we are supposed to interpret La Traviata in various aspects to appreciate, grasp and exert its charm and value artistically.Opera La Traviata is not only an enduring classical works, but also an artistically Thespian masterpiece. By virtue of his original comprehension and consummate skills in musical creation, Verdi constructs the spiritual aesthetic feeling in audiovisual effects. What's more, Verdi adequately exhibits the cognominal novel, La Dame aux Cam elias's essense between lines. Through his musical technique, Verdi makes profound criticism and towards social reality, which strengthens this opera's realistic impact and forms, among numerous classical operas, especially tragic operas, particular art charm and value of La Traviata.
