Zhu Zengquan is an excellent military poet whose poems possess unique poetic characteristic and special art style in the history of contemporary modern Chinese poetics. This paper is based on two levels of the poetic spirit (the spirit of the author's personality and the elegant style of poetry).It adopts the critical ways of Cultural and Historical Analysis as well as the Receptive Aesthetics Criticism.In order to learn about the misery idea of the poet's personality and probe the combination of "feelings" and "idea" in his poems.The paper systematically discusses the unique poetic value of Zhu's works,which consists of Tear god Spirit and Starry Heavens Connotation.The article is made up of three parts:Part One: Explanation of the two levels of "poetic spirit": the level of poet's aesthetic personality and theelegant style of the poems.Moreover, the paper explains theTear god Spirit's specific meaning according to the text of Zhu's poems,which can be classified into five different angels.That is,the description of human suffering,the reflexation upon the...
