| The Jing theory which propagated and explained itshelf in Xihan and Donghan Dynasty was originated from Xianqin Ru theory.As the official philosophy which was from Xihan and Donghan Dynasty to Qing Dynasty ,effects the society, specifically ,effects the politics fully.Ander the Jing theory's guidance,the Hanwu emperor taked some measures from deifying authority of emperor,focusing authority and unifying all the nation and so on.These measures strengthen the emperor's authority, consolidate the governance,and uphold the nation's prosperous unite and development.This not only achieves his position as a famous emperor,some measures but also establish the politics's base afterwards or provide a way to do something.NaturaIly,becase of the times's limitation and the ruler's inherent quality,Hanwu emperor and his measures unavoidably exist some drawback,fault or shortcomings.This paper attempts to study Hanwu emperor and his measures from the side of the Jing theory's influence.
