On Traditional Literature Resources Excavated By Fei Ming With His Novel Creation

In the 20s of the 20th century, just when the May Fourth Movement and the tidal current of literary revolution were on the rise in China, kinds of western literary trends of thought inrush one after another, and many modern Chinese writers impatiently went to focus on the western literature, then their writing style closed up the western. However, Fei Ming is actually exception. After he contacts western literary trends of thought and literature creation, he still moves towards traditional literature and pays more attention to excavate the resources from the traditional literature to enrich his creation. Thus this paper takes this as breakthrough point, and discusses succession and innovation of the creation of Fei Ming's novels for traditional literature resources, and analyzes its origin cause and motive force, then we can comprehensively understands his works features and his spiritual pursue, and also some enlightenments would be got which is about the problem on persevering and transforming native resources under the globalization background.Besides the introduction and the conclusion, this paper is composed by three parts.The first part analyzes succession and innovation of the creation of Fei Ming's novels for traditional literature resources from his works: Fei Ming infuses the tradition topic of "Arcadia" in his works, and builds the oriental ideal kingdom with Utopia trend, at the same time the realistic sorrowfulness lingers by with the indistinct form; on the image selection, Fei Ming emphasizes on image introduction with classical style and classical cultural symbol, at the same time profits from common grounds between the western symbolism and the traditional literary and fuses ingeniously; Fei Ming takes his own emotion as a main axle, and connects each life fragments into a whole, which not only has the trace of the stream of western consciousness, and but also continue poetic tradition which Chinese focus on lyrical tradition; on the language style, Fei Ming gets the essential meaning of tradition poetry language, succinct and active, at the same time the allusions from Chinese and foreign are got without effort and at his fingertips.The second part discusses origin cause and motive force that Fei Ming excavates the traditional literature resources.
