Research On Historical Practices Of Labour Movements In Shanghai Led By The Communist Party Of China During The Period Of Chinese Liberation War

The period of Chinese liberation war is an important historical period of labour movements in Shanghai. This period is a special phase echoing with the military decisive battle during the thirty years histories of labour movements, and had far-reaching influences upon labour movements throughout the whole country. During this period the labour movements in Shanghai drove the development of the second battlefront, cooperated with the People's Liberation Army to take over Shanghai and made huge historical contributions. The historical practices of labour movements in Shanghai led by the Communist Party of China during the period of Chinese liberation war are investigated as a main object in this thesis; the establishments and applications of strategies of labour movements by the Chinese Communist Party are as viewpoints; the methods, experiences and inspirations in the aspects of organizing and leading the workers and masses by the Chinese Communist Party and how the fundamental tenet of representing the fundamental interests of the largest member of the Chinese people is represented during the process of labour movement led by the Chinese Communist Party are all explored.There are five parts in this thesis:In the first part, the outline of the development of labour movements in Shanghai during the period of Chinese liberation war is summarized and analyzed from the aspects of the change of situations during the period of Chinese liberation war, the development of labour movements, the climaxes of labour movements, the development of mass movements and the significant meaning of labour movements, in order to clarify the development venation of labour movements in Shanghai during the period of Chinese liberation war.In the second part, the strategies and guidelines of labour movements in Shanghai led by the Chinese Communist Party are emphatically analyzed. It is divided into three hierarchies: the first one is to clarify the guidelines and indications made by the central government and the party organization in Shanghai to the labour movements in Shanghai; the second one is to clarify the guidelines and strategies towards the enemies in the process of labour movements in Shanghai; the third one is to emphatically analyze the practical applications of strategies of labour movements in Shanghai.
