In order to reveal the regular pattern of the development of the semantic meaning and syntactic form, these new nouns are studied in diachronic and synchronic way in combination with dynamic and static way in the context of linguistic cognition and linguistic system. There are mainly two parts in this dissertation. The first part is a outline introduction. In this part, the current study of the new words and new meaning and the papers on this subject are presented and analyzed. The focuses are about the definition of new words, studies from different angles on the new words and the publishing of dictionaries. The second part contains three sections: the first is the analysis of the syntactic form of the new nouns.
