Recently the relation between response inhibition deficits and executive function default on OCD is more based on the theorist's hypothesis. Using comorbid depression as an important variable, the present study is to determine whether OCD subjects exhibit deficits in behavioral and cognitive inhibition compared with a control group and effects on executive function , so as to further understand OCD's mechanism of cognition.48 OCD patients and 48 healthy subjects are administered Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) , stimulus-stimulus and stimulus- response consistentexperiment. The analysis showed that: â‘ OCD patients, in particular ,with comorbid depression demonstrated impaired performance on tests of executive function. â‘¡OCD patients exhibit deficits in inhibition, especially in behavioural inhibition. â‘¢ Inhibition deficits of patients with comorbid depression in behavior is more serious than patients without depression. â‘£ Under the condition Of SOA0ms, significant consistent response effects are observed in patients, however, the effects are not found in patients under the condition of SOA300ms and SOA600ms...
