| In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the relationship between exercise and cognitive ability. It is worth exploring whether different types of exercise experience can shape specific cognitive abilities and whether they are differentiated according to different types of exercise. In this study, five task models were adopted to explore whether the behavioral performance of individuals with different types of exercise experience is different,so as to answer whether the different sub-functions of executive function(inhibition control;cognitive flexibility;updating function)are shaped by different types of exercise experience. In this study,91 participants were finally selected to participate in the experiment, including 31 people with open sports experience;30 people with closed sports experience and 30 people with low sports experience. The three groups of subjects completed five cognitive tasks in sequence, and recorded the response time and correct rate of the correct responses of the five tasks of the subjects as behavior evaluation indicators. After controlling the effect of reading time and game time on the results,The intergroup results showed that,in terms of the compatibility effect of flanker task, the compatibility effect value of the open motion group was significantly lower than that of the closed motion group. In the stop-signal task, the open exercise group had significantly lower stop signal error rate and response time than the other two groups. In the switch task, the switching cost of the open sport group is lower than that of the other two groups. In the n-back task, the open-exercise group had lower error rates and reaction times than the other two groups. In addition, the study also controlled for the effects of reading time and playing time on the results.Conclusion:(1)The difference observed in this study is a difference in executive function caused by different types of exercise experience, and different types of exercise experience can generate different differentiation modes for executive function.(2)The differences between the two kinds of sports experience groups were detected, and the results showed that open sports experience had better effects on the three sub-functions of executive function. This paper provides some reference value for guiding students to choose the types of sports. |
