The purpose of this research is to probe into the personality education value of the children's sense of self- esteem and the protection and training. Sense of self- esteem called also self-respect, self-esteem, is one's experience of the sense of self-value and self-confident through self-recognization and self-evaluation in the process of socialization. However, in the reality, people don't recognize sense of self-respect enough, especially children's sense of self-respect and don't find a series of effective measures. The text expounds the personality education value of the children's sense of self-respect through research: The high sense of self-respect reflects the satisfactory personality of the individual that beauty, truth and good unify, while also promoting the personality of the children to successfully achieve reunification.Understanding of the factors influencing self-esteem of children is a prerequisite for effective training. And then.this text discusses the factors of children's self-esteem impact (including the family, schools or kindergartens, as well as individuals). Good or bad family and parent-child relationship and parents' proper upbringing directly affect the formation and development of children self-esteem. In the school and kindergarten, teacher-student relationship, companion relationships and self-esteem of teachers own also have important implications to a high sense of self-esteem's formation of children. In the process of the sense of self-esteem's formation, the conditions for their self-understanding and accurate self-assessment will play a key role.Protection and foster of children's self-esteem is the ultimate goal of this research paper. Through research, this text expounds the measures of protection and cultivation about the sense of self-esteem of children. The measures include: the experience of success and love for children, respect for children; finding children self-esteem's inherent source; appropriate and positive evaluation; teacher own self-esteem's enhancement; and to create a good environment atmosphere.
