The purpose of this research is to probe into the personality education value of the children's sense of self- esteem and the protection and training. Sense of self- esteem called also self-respect, self-esteem, is one's experience of the sense of self-value and self-confident through self-recognization and self-evaluation in the process of socialization. However, in the reality, people don't recognize sense of self-respect enough, especially children's sense of self-respect and don't find a series of effective measures. The text expounds the personality education value of the children's sense of self-respect through research: The high sense of self-respect reflects the satisfactory personality of the individual that beauty, truth and good unify, while also promoting the personality of the children to successfully achieve reunification.Understanding of the factors influencing self-esteem of children is a prerequisite for effective training.
