In order to solve the divergence between grammatical systems and adapt to learn grammar for the masses and compile the textbook of CHINESE for middle schools, the Temporary Grammatical System which was a teaching grammar system, was drawn in assimilated each school's valuable opinion since Mashi Wentong forming a relatively integrated system. Its establishment was an important event the history of Chinese grammar .It provided united teaching grammar system for grammar teaching in schools .
